A booking can only be made by filling in the online registration form on our website www.infosyon.com and is legally binding. Registrations will be considered in the order in which we receive them and will be confirmed in writing. Payment is due upon issuance of the invoice. 

The early bird price is only valid if the payment takes place within the early bird time frame (the money is received latest one week after the end date of the early bird scheme). Later payment requires the payment of the full price

For the conference is only a certein number of places available. Once the conference is fully booked, we will start a waiting list.

3. Cancellations by you

A cancellation or a rebooking is possible. Cancellation of a legally binding registration must be done in writing. 

Should you wish to cancel a legally binding registration then the following fees shall become due:
 
up to 4 weeks prior to conference begin

50.-- € administration fee

between 4 and 2 weeks prior to conference begin

50 % of the conf. price

from 2 weeks prior to the conference begin

100 % of the conf. price
 
These regulations are valid upon receipt of the conference registration. There is the possibility to name a substitute to take your place. The alteration fee is € 50.--.
 
Cancellation due to the cancellation of individual speakers is not a valid reason to withdraw your registration. For hotel and flight fees, the conditions of the hotels and airlines apply in the case of a cancelation. The closer the departure date, the higher the fees. We recommend taking out travel cancelation insurance at your local insurance agent or at your travel agency.

If the conference does not take place, we will reimburse the payment. Further claims may not be asserted.

infosyon e. V. is not responsible for any damage to property or health on the trip to the conference, the return trip, or during the conference, or for any loss of valuable items. Each participant is responsible for him or herself and for his/her own actions within and outside the conference environment.

Bank fees for international money transfer are to be paid by the seminar participants.
