Organizational constellations are now a recognized and valued management tool. We support and connect people who care about the professional and context-sensitive use of system constellations for key issues in organizations. To further develop the method, we design interdisciplinary and intercultural communication spaces for a fruitful dialogue between consultants, internal organizations and researchers.

Orientation & vision
of the association
infosyon's range of services is designed to give everyone involved orientation and good framework conditions for the high-quality use of the method. Within this framework, we work together with our members, customers and researchers on the constant further development of content, formats, suitable approaches and implementation methods.
We address 3 target groups:
1.
People who work with organizational constellations in their professional context or who want to learn how to do this: self-employed consultants, coaches and supervisors, internal trainers, managers and executives as well as those interested in further training
2.
Organizations of all kinds that want to use the constellation tool systematically in their institution
3.
Science, the public, cooperation partners, organizations and networks in related subject areas
