Company succession is a topic of owner-managed small and medium-sized enterprises. Mostly for reasons of age, the owners of these companies want to pass on the management in some cases, but also the ownership in others. The market is full of consulting services for the financial and tax processing of this transfer. For the organizational and psychological accompaniment of the change, however, there are still few offers and methods that do justice to the special nature of the company succession: With the enterprise also life's work is handed over, which needs its special appreciation. In 2020, we want to collect good examples of how the handover process can be accompanied by system constellations and train consultants to make system constellations a self-evident instrument in the accompanying process.
